Milenium International

Gniezno College Milenium is a university established in 2002. Its founder is Professor Lechosław Gawrecki. The roots of the college date back to 1993, when the Teacher Training Centre in Kalisz was established (nowadays the Centre for the Improvement of Education - SDMO).

The university is educating students in the fields of pedagogy and management.

The education at Gniezno College Milenium is emphasised on the business practice, and the lecturers, who are  experts in their branches, provide the students with knowledge adjusted to the dynamically changing labour market.

We are in constant contact with employers, which allows us to adapt our teaching offer to the needs of the dynamically changing market. We invite representatives of various industries to participate in our internship programme and teach. We support students in planning and developing their careers by collaborating with leading companies and institutions in our region.

We carry out scientific cooperation with universities and educational centres, also at international level. International cooperation we are the most proud of is with the Ivan Franko State University of Zhytomyr (Ukraine), the Polish National University in Zhytomyr (Ukraine) and Ege University in Izmir (Turkey).

Our international cooperation includes educational and research activities in all the areas and disciplines offered at the both institutions. Dr Peter Odrakiewicz, a Canadian, is working with us, as well as lecturers from collaborating universities, i.e. Prof. Sibel Karakelle (Turkey) and Prof. Natalia Sejko (Ukraine). We organise international conferences together with our partners. They are of great interest to students, lecturers and associates.
